You set the limits. Tranthor sends inside them.

Every playbook starts in review. Here is what you approve, which limits you set, how unsubscribes are handled, what data Tranthor reads and how results are measured.

Approval

Autonomy is something you switch on

Tranthor does not start with free rein. You decide, playbook by playbook, how much it does without asking.

Limits

Limits you approve apply to autonomous sends

These are set in your operating policy. Autonomous sends cover email, SMS and WhatsApp.

Consent

Subscriptions and unsubscribes are respected

  • Autonomous sends require a subscription group.
  • People who have unsubscribed, or have not opted in, are skipped.
  • Unsubscribe headers are added to emails.

Consent rules differ by country and channel, and this page is not legal advice. Our guide to WhatsApp marketing rules in the UAE and Saudi Arabia is a starting point, and the Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you agree to when you send through Tranthor.

Your data

Tranthor reads your data layer

It does not replace your store. Shopify is the live source for store, order, product and customer data. Segment and catalog sync can add more, and HubSpot receives segments and engagement logs as a destination. Every connector and its status is on the integrations page.

How personal data is collected, used and shared is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Measurement

A result says how final it is

Results are unavailable when data is missing, preliminary while the observation window is open, and mature once it closes. Attributed revenue is a useful read on a campaign and is not proof of cause. Lift needs a holdout, which is opt-in, and appears once both groups reach 100 customers.

Read how it works on the measurement page.

Questions

Controls, consent and data

Will Tranthor send to my customers without my permission?
Not by default. Every playbook starts in review, and the first run is always drafted for your approval. After an approved run you can switch a playbook to auto-send within your limits, and later to fully autonomous. You can pause any playbook.
What limits can I set?
Contact frequency, contact spacing, a daily send cap, a discount percentage cap, and allowlists for channels, senders and segments. Limits you approve in your operating policy apply to autonomous sends.
How does Tranthor handle unsubscribes and consent?
Autonomous sends require a subscription group and skip people who have unsubscribed or have not opted in. Unsubscribe headers are added to emails. Consent rules differ by country and channel, so check the rules for each market you send to.
Which channels can Tranthor send on?
Email, SMS and WhatsApp, where you have connected and configured them. Autonomous sends cover these three channels.
How are results measured?
Tranthor reports attributed revenue per recipient for the conversion events you configure, and marks each result as unavailable, preliminary or mature. Attribution is not proof of cause. Lift is shown only where you have set up a holdout, which is opt-in, and only once both groups have at least 100 customers.
Who do I contact about privacy, abuse or compliance?
Privacy questions go to [email protected], reports of spam or abuse to [email protected], and questions about CAN-SPAM, GDPR and SMS marketing compliance to [email protected].
