A contact is one unique customer profile in your Tranthor workspace with an email, SMS phone number, or WhatsApp phone number. We do not count each channel separately, but unsubscribed or dormant profiles still count while they remain in your workspace.

Tranthor does not add a platform surcharge for SMS or WhatsApp messages sent from journeys. Carrier and provider fees are billed based on your connected messaging provider's pricing.
You can keep using Tranthor while the workspace moves to the right contact tier. Any extra contacts are billed at your tier overage rate until the next billing cycle or plan update.
