# Tranthor > Tranthor is an AI retention team and autonomous CRM for ecommerce. It finds repeat-purchase moments, drafts campaigns and sends within limits you approve. This file gives the facts in https://tranthor.com/llms.txt in more detail, in one fetch. ## How it works - Choose an ongoing retention objective. Tranthor watches orders, repeat purchases and lapse risk, then prepares the campaign for each priority instead of leaving you a blank canvas. - Every proposal shows who it goes to, why they were picked, and the exact subject and body. Nothing sends until you decide. - You approve the rules once. They apply to every autonomous send Tranthor makes. Autonomous sending covers email, SMS and WhatsApp, and skips customers who have unsubscribed or not opted in. - Tranthor reports attributed revenue per recipient for the conversion events you configure, and tells you whether a result is unavailable, preliminary or mature. ## Control Every playbook has its own dial. It starts in review, so you see everything first. After one approved run, and with no blocking setup issues, auto-send unlocks. An autonomous playbook finds, drafts and sends on its own, inside the same limits. - Review: you approve every send - Auto-send: sends within your limits after one approved run - Autonomous: runs on its own, and you can pause it ## Limits you approve You approve the rules once. They apply to every autonomous send Tranthor makes. - Contact frequency: Cap how many messages one customer can receive in a period. - Spacing: Set the minimum time between messages to the same customer. - Daily cap: Limit how many messages can go out in a single day. - Discount cap: Set the largest percentage discount a campaign may offer. - Allowlists: Choose which channels, senders and segments are allowed to send. - Brand kit: Drafts follow the brand kit you set up, so messages sound like you. ## What Tranthor needs before it can run A useful campaign depends on five things. The product shows you which one is next. - Connected customer data: Your store orders and customers, so Tranthor can see who bought what and when. - Brand context: Your brand kit and tone, so drafts sound like you. - A configured sender: The email domain or SMS sender that messages go out from. - An approved operating policy: The contact and offer limits you approve before anything sends. - Conversion events: What counts as a result, so campaign results can be measured. ## Connectors Available to set up today: Shopify (E-commerce), HubSpot (CRM & Marketing), PostHog (Product Analytics), Google Analytics (Analytics), Segment.io (Customer Data Platform), Figma (Creative Workflow), Intercom (Customer Messaging), Slack (Team Workflow). Marked coming soon, not yet available to set up: WooCommerce, Salla, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Notion. ## Measurement Tranthor reports attributed revenue per recipient for the conversion events you configure, and tells you whether a result is unavailable, preliminary or mature. Results are unavailable when data is missing, preliminary while the observation window is still open, and mature once it closes. Missing data is never shown as zero revenue. - Unavailable: the data needed is not there yet - Preliminary: the window is open and the number can still move - Mature: the window has closed Attributed revenue associates a purchase with the people who received a campaign, under the configured rules. It is a useful read on a campaign, and it is not proof of cause. What it counts: - Purchases linked to the campaign within the window - Revenue per recipient for configured conversion events What it does not prove: - Causal lift - Profit - Verified churn reduction Lift needs a comparison group. Holdouts are opt-in: they are not on by default, so a campaign without one shows attributed revenue only. - A held-out group: Where a holdout is configured, some customers do not receive the campaign and are kept as a comparison. - A plain comparison: Lift is the difference between the group that received the campaign and the group that did not. - Shown only with enough customers: Lift appears once both groups reach 100 customers. It is a plain difference, without a significance test. ## Pricing Monthly prices in USD. Tranthor is built for ecommerce brand owners and lean teams without a dedicated CRM team. It finds repeat-purchase moments, drafts the campaign, and sends within the contact and offer limits you set. ### Does Tranthor replace my store or ecommerce platform? No. Tranthor connects to your store and customer data, then helps run retention on top of that data. ### Does Tranthor replace my email tool? It can do either. Tranthor sends email, SMS and WhatsApp itself, so many brands use it as their retention platform and retire their old email tool. If you would rather keep Klaviyo or another email tool for newsletters and existing flows, Tranthor runs alongside it and handles the retention moments. ### What do I need to prepare a useful campaign? Connect customer data, add brand context, configure a sender, and set operating limits. Configure conversion events to collect attributed results. The next step depends on which prerequisites are already in place. ### What retention moments can Tranthor handle? Second-purchase nudges, lapse and churn-risk outreach, reactivation, next-product recommendations, and VIP retention. ### How do I control what sends? Every playbook starts in review: you see the audience and message before anything sends. After one approved run you can switch a playbook to auto-send within your limits, and later to fully autonomous. Limits cap contact frequency, spacing, daily sends, and discounts, and you can pause any playbook and inspect activity history. ### Which channels are supported? Email, SMS and WhatsApp are supported when connected and configured, and journeys can call webhooks. All three channels work in journeys and in autonomous sending. ### Is WhatsApp part of autonomous sending? Yes. Once WhatsApp is connected and your templates are approved, autonomous runs can send on WhatsApp as well as Email and SMS, inside the same limits you set. ### Does Tranthor support Arabic? Yes. Email templates carry language variants, and Arabic is flagged right-to-left so Arabic emails render right to left. The main pages of this site, including home, pricing and services, are also available in Arabic. ### What tools does Tranthor connect to? Start with Shopify or customer data through Segment, API, and catalog sync. Supported integrations also include tools such as HubSpot, PostHog, Google Analytics, Intercom, and Slack where configured. WooCommerce and Salla connectors are coming soon. ### What does "autonomous" actually mean here? Tranthor finds the moment, drafts the campaign, sends within your limits, and reports what each campaign earned, without you opening a canvas or a chat box. You choose when each playbook gets that freedom, and it starts in review. ### What do campaign results measure? The current engagement measurement supports attributed revenue per recipient for configured conversion events. Results may be unavailable, preliminary, or mature depending on the data and observation window. Attribution does not establish causal lift, profit, or verified churn reduction. ## Pricing questions ### What counts as a contact? A contact is one unique customer profile in your Tranthor workspace with an email, SMS phone number, or WhatsApp phone number. We do not count each channel separately, but unsubscribed or dormant profiles still count while they remain in your workspace. ### What is an AI unit? AI units measure model usage and workload. Consumption varies by task; one AI unit does not always equal one completed task. ### How many emails are included? Starter includes 60,000 email sends per month for Tranthor journeys and campaigns, Growth includes 240,000, and Scale includes 600,000. Enterprise email volume is scoped to your contract and sending requirements. ### Are SMS and WhatsApp included? Tranthor does not add a platform surcharge for SMS or WhatsApp messages, whether they are sent from journeys or autonomous runs. Carrier fees are billed at cost, based on your connected messaging provider's pricing. ### What happens if I exceed my contact limit? You can keep using Tranthor while the workspace moves to the right contact tier. When your list outgrows a plan, you upgrade to the next tier rather than paying metered overages. ### Can I change plans later? Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing terms as your audience, journeys, and AI usage change. ### Do you offer custom enterprise pricing? Yes. For larger retention programs, custom email send volume, onboarding support, or custom ecommerce and messaging integrations, contact sales. ## Pages - [Home](https://tranthor.com/) - [Pricing](https://tranthor.com/pricing) - [Managed retention service](https://tranthor.com/services) - [FAQ](https://tranthor.com/faq) - [Retention team](https://tranthor.com/product/retention-team) - [Measurement](https://tranthor.com/product/measurement) - [How Tranthor works](https://tranthor.com/product/how-it-works) - [Integrations](https://tranthor.com/integrations) - [Free retention check](https://tranthor.com/retention-check) - [AI CRM for ecommerce](https://tranthor.com/ai-crm-ecommerce) - [Shopify retention platform](https://tranthor.com/shopify-retention-platform) - [Churn prediction software](https://tranthor.com/churn-prediction-software) - [Cart recovery (roadmap)](https://tranthor.com/use-cases/cart-recovery-ai-agent) - [Churn-risk retention](https://tranthor.com/use-cases/churn-risk-retention) - [Customer reactivation](https://tranthor.com/use-cases/customer-reactivation) - [Second purchase and VIP retention](https://tranthor.com/use-cases/second-purchase-vip-retention) - [Compare Tranthor with other tools](https://tranthor.com/compare) - [Tranthor vs Klaviyo](https://tranthor.com/compare/klaviyo) - [Tranthor vs Omnisend](https://tranthor.com/compare/omnisend) - [Tranthor vs Shopify Email](https://tranthor.com/compare/shopify-email) - [Tranthor vs Drip](https://tranthor.com/compare/drip) - [Tranthor vs Sendlane](https://tranthor.com/compare/sendlane) - [Tranthor vs Postscript](https://tranthor.com/compare/postscript) - [Tranthor vs Attentive](https://tranthor.com/compare/attentive) - [Tranthor vs Recart](https://tranthor.com/compare/recart) - [Tranthor vs Customer.io](https://tranthor.com/compare/customerio) - [Tranthor vs Iterable](https://tranthor.com/compare/iterable) - [Tranthor vs Bird](https://tranthor.com/compare/bird) - [Tranthor vs ActiveCampaign](https://tranthor.com/compare/activecampaign) - [Blog](https://tranthor.com/blog) - [Short summary of this site](https://tranthor.com/llms.txt)
